How we use your details
This notice explains what we do with the details you send us through this website, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp. Last updated 31 October 2026.
Who we are
CarePoint Property Services provides cleaning, maintenance and property care in Malta and Gozo. You can reach us at hello@carepointt.com or on +356 9930 0003.
What we collect
When you request a site visit we receive your name, company (if you give one), email address, phone number, locality, property type, the services you tick and anything you write in the notes. If you call, email or message us, we receive what you send that way.
Why we use it
Only to confirm we received your request, arrange the site visit, prepare a written scope and price, and reply to you. We use it because you asked us to take these steps before a possible contract. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Where it goes
Requests from the form are sent by our website host, Hostinger, to our office mailbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace. Only our team reads them.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we need it to handle it and follow up. If you do not become a client, we delete it within 12 months. If you do, it becomes part of your client file.
This website
The website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads nothing from other companies' servers. WhatsApp and Facebook links open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Write to hello@carepointt.com. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt).
